Our residential properties incorporate green spaces and access to nature to promote a sense of peace and tranquility. The community at Trace Elements is designed to be inclusive and accessible for people of all abilities and backgrounds. Life Plus Health Precinct

Elemental Health Coop

Trace Elements prioritises the well-being and quality of life of our residents. We strive to create a nurturing and harmonious environment that supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The Trace Elements life plus health care model creates an inclusive and supportive environment for people of all ages, including people with disabilities, whether temporary or permanent, and elders who prefer to stay engaged with a thriving community. Elemental Health Coop provides medical facilities, rehabilitation centres, and other essential resources that prioritise accessibility, safety, and comfort to its users and ensures that all residents can lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Children’s Sanctuary

Elemental Kids

Trace Elements provides sanctuary to children as well as animals. Our orphanage precinct aims to provide a future-focused, yet nurturing, environment for children in need while generating self-sustaining revenue through entrepreneurship. The children’s sanctuary encourages local and international volunteers to contribute skills and expertise, foster cultural exchange and open career pathways for residents.

Education Precinct

Next-Gen Education

Trace Elements emphasises whole-of-life education and offers various quality educational programs within its education precinct, from pre-, primary and high school to vocational training. The Next-Gen Education model utilises innovative teaching practices and entrepreneurship-focused curricula. Programs focus on whole-of-supply-chain skill development, sustainable practices, environmental conservation, holistic well-being, and empowering community members with knowledge and skills for a sustainable future. This model empowers the next generation through open pathways to careers in industry sectors with touch points the full length of supply chains, from primary industries to the development of digital technologies.

Community Gardens

Buruan Urban Gardens (BUGS)

Trace Elements provides spaces for residents to cultivate their own fresh produce, fostering a sense of community and environmental stewardship. Sustainable food production will be encouraged for both residents and visitors with workshops and educational programs focused on permaculture, organic gardening techniques, and cultivating edible plants and medicinal herbs. Participants will have access to resources such as horticulture equipment, bottling and preserving facilities, and seeds banks.

Micro Farming

Re-Gen Agro Wisata (RAW)

Our Micro Farming precinct promotes sustainable agricultural and horticultural practices focused on organic and regenerative farming methods. This precinct serves as a model for efficient and productive farming techniques that can be replicated by community members on their own land. The micro farming precinct at Trace Elements also offers agro wisata (tourism) activities that allow visitors to participate in sustainable agricultural practices. These activities may include hands-on farming experiences, such as planting and harvesting, or tending to animals like cows, chickens, goats, lobsters and catfish.

Commercial Precinct

Trade Elements

Trace Elements offers commercial spaces within its precincts for businesses aligned with conscious, ethical practices and social responsibility. These spaces provide opportunities for entrepreneurs and organisations to operate in a sustainable community with a thriving circular economy and extensive networks, contributing to a strong local economy and generating employment opportunities, as well as to contribute to the overall vision of Trace Elements. These businesses play a vital role in supporting the needs of residents, visitors, and the community as a whole. They encompass a wide array of industries and services, including but not limited to: retail stores, trades and maintenance, food and beverage outlets, professional advisors and consultants, recreation and entertainment facilities.

Wildlife Sanctuary

Elemental Wisata Alam

Our wildlife sanctuary, “Elemental Wisata Alam,” combines biodiversity conservation efforts with agro wisata activities. Facilities include a zoo-like tourist attraction, a warung to showcase local produce, an Instagram-worthy maze, a “luwak café,” picnic and playground areas, and glamping grounds within the sanctuary. The sanctuary offers opportunities for visitors to engage with indigenous species, learn about local biodiversity, and contribute to conservation efforts, as well as participate in interesting educational programs that are suitable for schools to bring students on excursion. Elemental Wisata Alam also gathers valuable data that contributes to wildlife research and conservation.
